Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Unveils New Chef's Features for Summer

Ingenuity is the main ingredient in Firebirds Wood Fired Grill’s Chef’s Features, a selection of new lunch and dinner entrées and imaginative hand-crafted drinks that celebrate summertime on another level.

“Firebirds is the coolest place to be in July and August with our new monthly lunch and dinner entrées and trending cocktails,” said Firebirds Senior Vice President and Executive Chef Steve Sturm. 

JULY CHEF’S FEATURES (Available Through July 31)

Lunch

  • Mexicali Grilled Chicken Salad – Citrus Grilled Chicken, Mixed Greens, Grilled Corn, 
  • Black Beans, Tomatoes, Avocado, Crisp Tortilla Chips, Chipotle Ranch Dressing
  • Firebirds Lunch Bowls – Ancient Grains, Black Beans, Charred Corn Salsa, Lime Crema 
  • Choice of Chile Rubbed Grilled Salmon, Grilled Vegetable, Chimichurri Steak

Dinner

  • Salmon and Crab Oscar – 8oz with Choice of Side
  • Honey Garlic Glazed Pork Chop – Fresh Pico, Green Chile Mac and Cheese
  • Wood Grilled NY Strip with Crispy Shrimp – Sticky Hot Honey Sauce, Choice of Side

Firebirds is open Monday - Thursday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Guests can enjoy bar bites and drink specials in the FIREBAR® Monday - Friday. On Wine Down Mondays, full glasses and select bottles of wine are at half-price. 

In addition, guests can register for Firebirds Inner Circle to receive exclusive offers, promotions, and a birthday gift. Committing to giving back, Firebirds donates $1.25 for every glass of lemonade ordered in the restaurant to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) year-round to help fund a cure for childhood cancer. To date, Firebirds has raised more than $3 million for ALSF.
