ParkerStark Management Announces New President, Kevin Armantrout

ParkerStark Management, a Florida-based hospitality management group, is excited to announce the assignment of its new president, Kevin Armantrout. Armantrout joined the company as the Director of Business Development in 2022 and began overseeing the ParkerStark brands and franchise locations throughout the states of Florida and North Carolina.

Armantrout’s notable restaurant experience includes 14 years with Ruth’s Chris Steak House as the Franchise COO and Vice President of Franchise Operations for corporate where he oversaw 55 locations, 15 franchise groups, and opened 12 new franchise locations during his tenure. Armantrout also solidified this steakhouse as a 5-star restaurant and was part of the team that increased top-line sales from $18 million to $30 million while reducing total food costs by 3%.

Following his 14-year success at Ruth’s Chris, Armantrout was chosen as the COO for Another Broken Egg of America Inc. where he led the private equity sale of the company. Armantrout is also a past esteemed board member throughout multiple states for several restaurant associations including California, Louisiana, and Florida.

ParkerStark was established in 2021 by co-founders Michael Benedict and Bobby Zitzka. Together, they merged their expertise of many years in the restaurant industry to create a management company that would unite their portfolio of eateries with the ability to grow successfully and consistently. ParkerStark currently represents four Jimmy Hula’s locations, four Huey Magoo’s locations, an upcoming Scooter’s Coffee location, and two original concepts including Dunes Brewing, a brewery in Port Orange, FL and Boulevard Food Hall, a communal vendor and dining space.
